Before initiating a return for your Mode by Shraddha product, we invite you to appreciate the uniqueness of our craftsmanship. Each product is hand block printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, making every piece one-of-a-kind with slight variations in color and pattern. These small differences are a natural outcome of our handmade process and are not considered defects.
As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please email/call us.

We ship worldwide through reliable courier services. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international deliveries. Certain regions may experience customs-related delays.
Note: International orders may occasionally incur additional import duties or taxes upon reaching your country. While most orders do not face extra charges, any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict these charges in advance.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order please email us within 24 hours. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.
Exchange

When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.
Refunds
We do not allow refunds for any items considering time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
Every garment designed & produced in Mode by Shraddha undergoes quality checks. Any unevenness in colour & texture of print is not an error but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
Returns
In case you receive a damaged product, please email us with Subject line “RETURNS” within 3 days of receiving the product! Any item returned to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.
