For exchanges, we offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color originally purchased. Return shipping costs for eligible items will be covered once. Please note that free-size garments are not eligible for exchange or return. Additionally, any complaints must be reported within two days of delivery, as we are unable to address issues reported later.
