Before initiating a return for your Mode by Shraddha product, we invite you to appreciate the uniqueness of our craftsmanship. Each product is hand block printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, making every piece one-of-a-kind with slight variations in color and pattern. These small differences are a natural outcome of our handmade process and are not considered defects.
As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be sure to enter your full address including your pin code and phone number at checkout.

Note: International orders may occasionally incur additional import duties or taxes upon reaching your country. While most orders do not face extra charges, any applicable customs fees are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict these charges in advance. We ship worldwide through reliable courier services — please allow 1–2 weeks for international deliveries; certain regions may experience customs-related delays.
Our Policies
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order please email us within 24 hours. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.
Exchange
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. Check our size chart before purchasing. When exchanging, ensure all original garment tags are attached and item(s) are unused and in original packaging. Stained or worn items will not be accepted.

Refunds
In case you receive a damaged product, please email us with subject line "RETURNS" within 3 days of receiving it. Items returned without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.
